My method involves providing:

• comprehensive, holistic services that create solutions to technical (resume, cover letter, KSA's, interviewing, industry research, networking etc.) and personal (branding, addressing stereotypes in the workplace, self-expression, work-life harmony, career goals etc.) factors that can have an impact on discovering a career interest that makes your soul feel like none other, securing your dream job, or positioning yourself so that promoting you is an easy decision for your boss. My services are a small investment of time, money, and energy in terms of protecting your major income stream and cultivating your work-life harmony.
• options for receiving services that fit your budget, availability, and needs. This includes paid services such as individual (full price), comrade (25% savings), and conclave (45% savings) coaching packages to fit common needs, the option to design a custom packages, individual services such as KSA editing, and free resources and services such as articles, teleseminars, consultations, special reports, and newsletters.

• Creativity & Innovation - People are naturally creative and resourceful. Good thing too, because it takes creativity to make a way out of no way. Creativity also strengthens our ability to visualize our dreams and goals so that they’re in sight as we move towards them. You know yourself the best and you already possess what it takes to succeed. You have the answers, you just need a coaching to help you articulate them and leverage your assets. You’re not broken, but with creativity and innovation you can take on new perceptions of your current situation and your self-knowledge can guide you into self-improvement.
• Achievement - Destiny is achieved, not waited for. You empower yourself and control how you feel and what you do. You create your destiny with every decision and action you make or don’t make. Plan and achieve your destiny. Set your career goals and move forward. If you don’t plan your career, someone else will.
• Work-life Harmony - “Work-life balance” on the other hand is the easy way out. I don’t encourage or advocate it. Work-life Balance is Fools Gold. It’s about taking two opposing factors and weighing them against each other so neither one ‘takes over’ to the detriment of the other. At Eidolon, I advocate Work-life Harmony because only through this can you throw out the stereotypes and assumption that the two factors are “opposing” in the first place. Once that’s taken care of, only then can you integrating them so that they are not’t competing, but supporting and feeding off each other, creating harmony.

How I'm Different From Other Career Professionals -

1. I Specialize in Alternative Lifestyles

What's that mean? I specialize in career management coaching for ambitious, professionals within Dark Cultures (Gothic, Punk, etc.) and other the Alternative Lifestyles (GLBPQT).

I know the most common problems and barriers that members of the dark alternative scene, GLBPQT, and other alternative individuals face in the workplace and in managing their careers. These problems and barriers will cost you too much money (in lost opportunities, raises, and promotions), heartache ('selling out' to fit in, not working your dream job), and headache (ignorant, rude colleagues and bosses who interact with you based on stereotypes and not your productivity, character, and value).

2. I'm not just a Career Architect (aka the way I operate isn't just to coach you, but to help you truly build a foundation that will keep you confident and motivated regardless of your career aspirations) but I'm also a human resources organizational and individual effectiveness professional.

What's that mean? This means that I've reviewed resumes for hiring decisions. I'm entrenched in organizational and workforce development and I know what employers really look for and ding or give you kudos in regarding your application materials. Particularly as member of both the Society of Human Resources Management and American Association for Training & Development (among my other professional memberships) I stay up to date on the latest information, trends, and strategies so that I can more effectively facilitate your success. My credentials include certification as a career management coach, Federal Job Search Trainer, and Certified Professional in Managing Workplace Conflict. I’ve also passed the in Human Resources (PHR) Certification Exam and have a MS degree in Organization Development & Strategic Human Resources.
