Private Parties
Rate: $184 an hour
Details: Your guests will receive unlimited career readings and laser coaching. Career reading and laser coaching session average about 15-40 minutes each.
This is an excellent way to give your guests an informative and enriching unique experience that goes beyond simple entertainment. What's a career reading by the way? A career reading provides useful, action oriented information. Ebony uses three separate card decks developed by pioneers in the field of career and talent management to conduct career readings. Based on a few preliminary questions, she uses the deck that best meets the individual’s needs:
Interest Cards Assessment TalentSort
- A fun and easy way to sort fundamental interests and skills and see what activities are critical to be truly happy at work, enable peak performance, and explore carere options that are in-sync with their interests
The Career Values Card Sort
- Great for job seekers wanting to clarify what they want in a career and those fine-tuning their present jobs
- Assists in defining factors affecting career satisfaction, define intensity of your feelings about these factions, determine areas of value conflict and congruence, and to apply learning’s to career decisions
Motivated Skills Card Sort
- Great for those wanting to identify the skills which are central to their personal and career satisfaction and success
- Assists in defining proficiency in various skills, the strength of attraction/motivation to use them and to apply learning’s to career decisions
Restrictions: Two hour minimum. If outside of the Washington Metropolitan Area, travel expenses will apply.
Vending@Special Events

Rate: $0
Details: Your attendees will have the opportunity to receive discounted career readings (30-45 min) and laser coaching sessions (10-15 min). They will also have the opportunity to review and purchase Ebony's Products and be invited to subscribe to the One Life Newsletter.
Restrictions: If outside of the Washington Metropolitan Area , travel expenses may apply. To disregard or decrease travel expenses, contact Ebony to let her know you would like to have her at your venue. If she will be in your area anyway expenses will be disregarded. If she has been booked by a nearby venue, the travel expenses will be divided between venues.
