My clients have a strong desire to earn the money they deserve in a work environment or through their own successful business that doesn’t cause heart and headache through my Success By Your Own Standards Platinum V.I.P. Program. Through my program, I coach, consult, and mentor my clients to have a more awesome quality of life by not putting themselves on sale, sacrificing their dreams and self-expression for just a paycheck full of disappointment and frustration.

The result is that they are successful by their own standards and make awesome money with their unique strengths by pursing and achieving what they’re deeply passionate about.

Unlike others, I am personally and professionally committed and in-tuned with the community because I’m a member of it. Additionally, my graduate degree from Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, multiple certifications and certificates related to organizational and individual development and my experience as human resources professional allow me to provide a completely unique value. I’m not just in-tuned with what my clients need, but I know exactly what the “other side” is looking for because I’ve been on that side too. This applies specifically to my clients who are managing their career by either working for someone else or starting or making more profitable their own business.

Besides my own hands on experience, I’ve also been formally trained in entrepreneur coaching, consulting, and mentoring by being hand-selected by one of the nation’s most sought after Master Certified personal and business Coaches (she’s mentored and coached entrepreneurs in multiple countries to make – and many of them have made – six figures, no joke) to give them exactly the information, resources, and support they need to reach their goals and make a lot of money doing exactly what they love.

The One Life Ready Gold Program is less intense than my Success By Your Own Standards Platinum V.I.P. Program but just as focused on providing you with what you need to have the type of career and income that get you excited.  Both of my programs have a limited number of participants at a time, additionally there’s an application process for these limited spots, so not everyone who applies will be accepted.  I limit the number of participants because taking care of them is a priority and I’ve found that I’m able to deliver the best results, connection, and focus on their specific circumstances when the number is manageable. This way, I’m able to work with them to exceed their expectations.

• You’re at a crossroads with your career, not sure which direction to take
• You’re struggling to get a better paying job or a job you actually like. You’re unsure about the type of work you'd enjoy and are struggling to manage your career in general

The feeling of hopelessness, pessimism, suppression and censorship of who you are has lead to more frustration that has or is seeping into the other parts of your life.
• Low morale and decreased productivity have created a "valid" justification that your lack of promotability and lost opportunities are actually justified, which creates a slippery slope for both the yourself and the company you work for
• You’re having a hard time getting job interviews and you’re unsure why or come up with your own assumptions (that you’re still unsure about)
• You feel an emotional and physiological toil of dissidence between your work and lifestyle. For an individual within the alternative lifestyle scene - particularly for those whose unique lifestyle is more visually apparent through their clothing expression – it has resulted in unfair treatment and negative assumptions and stereotypes that have impacted your job satisfaction and productivity, not to mention have a huge impact on your paychecks through lost opportunities and promotions
• You are a motivated, driven, alternative or eccentric person who is committed to action, solutions focused, willing to invest in yourself and are committed to making a lot of money doing the type of work you enjoy.  You are NOT flaky, whiney, defensive, negative, an excuse-maker, non-committal, and close minded. Read that last sentence again please. Additionally, you want a change to your current situation, and have a burning desire to do what it takes (and I coach, mentor, support, and consult with you so you’ll know exactly what “it” is) to get there. The only thing I can’t do for you is implement. This is why you must “be” those things and “not be” the others so you’ll allow me to hold you accountable and provide you with the supportive tough-love your need when you get off track and the encouragement and momentum require when you’re on track - so you can make money and enjoy your career or business to the fullest as soon as possible.

Remember, not only do you encounter the same struggles as everyone else, but as an alternative person, you’re more at risk for encountering additional barriers that can affect your ability to compete in the workforce and manage your career or business successfully.
